Thank you for shopping with FLASH ELOGS. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Payments & Fulfillment
We use Stripe to securely process all transactions. Stripe handles the collection, authorization, and settlement of payments on our behalf. Your financial data is never stored on our servers.
All orders are fulfilled directly by FLASH ELOGS. For physical goods, we aim to process and ship within 2 business days. For digital goods or services, access is typically granted immediately upon successful payment, unless otherwise stated.
2. Refunds
Physical Products
You may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Digital Products & Services
Due to the nature of digital products and services, all sales are final. Refunds will only be issued if:
The product was not delivered.
There is a technical issue on our end that prevents access or use.
If you’re experiencing issues, please contact us within 3 days of purchase.
Subscription Services
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your account dashboard.
Refunds will not be issued for partial months or unused time.
If there was an error in billing, please contact us within 30 days and we will review your case.
3. Cancellations
Orders for physical goods can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not yet shipped.
Orders for digital products or services are processed immediately and cannot be canceled once fulfilled.
Subscription services can be canceled at any time, but access will continue until the end of the billing period.
